Comments: Our standard grade of phenolic cotton tubes, LTC452 material possesses excellent mechanical strength and good impact resistance. LTC452 exhibits good electrical properties, machining properties, and can be lubricated with water, oil, or grease.

Grade: FT19M (Type: Silicone Bonded Muscovite Mica).
Comments: Our most popular grade of mica tube, FT19M is composed of muscovite mica bonded with silicone resin. The material possesses excellent electrical and thermal properties, and is used in a wide variety of applications. FT19M material does not support combustion and can withstand a constant temperature of 650°c.

Grade: FT19P (Type: Silicone Bonded Phlogopite Mica).
Comments: Our FT19P tubes are composed of silicone bonded phlogopite mica, which allows the tubes to withstand higher operating temperatures to those of the FT19M grade. Similar in appearance with a smooth finish, our FT19P tubes are widely used in bolt insulation assemblies used in high temperature applications.

Grade: FT75M (Type: Epoxy Bonded Phlogopite Mica).
Comments: Our FT75M tubes combine muscovite mica with an epoxy resin system, to further complement our versatile range of Filamic® mica tubes. Although the FT75M material has a lower temperature rating than the FT19 range of tubing, it is characterised by excellent mechanical and electrical strength, along with low water absorption.
